8Tech Solutions delivers specialized cloud architecture, full-stack systems engineering, agentic AI integration, and legacy modernization. Every engagement is formally governed by an individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Service Continuity & Infrastructure Sync
During scheduled technical maintenance or edge updates, platforms operate under automated failover policies. 8Tech Solutions enforces strict operational continuity across all production systems.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all commercial transactions are governed by applicable commercial laws, subject to the competent commercial courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
